Job Description:

✓ Manage and oversee construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.

✓ Lead project teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

✓ Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and track project performance to ensure timely delivery.

✓ Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

✓ Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and contractors to address project needs and concerns.

✓ Conduct risk assessments and manage any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

✓ Review and approve project designs, contracts, and specifications.

✓ Oversee project procurement, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment.

✓ Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction quality, safety, and progress.

Requirements and Qualifications:

❖ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

❖ 5 to 10 years of experience in managing construction projects in the UAE.

❖ Extensive experience with UAE construction laws, regulations, and permitting processes.

❖ Expertise in handling high-rise, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
