Job Description:

✓ Lead, manage, and optimize the day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure successful delivery.

✓ Oversee the preparation and management of project budgets, schedules, and

resources to meet operational objectives.

✓ Collaborate with project managers and site teams to address challenges, improve processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

✓ Monitor construction site operations to ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control.

✓ Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high operational standards across all projects.

✓ Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment for all projects.

✓ Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

✓ Supervise and mentor site supervisors and junior managers to enhance operational performance and team capabilities.

✓ Implement risk management strategies and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.

✓ Prepare and present operational performance reports and updates to reporting manager (CEO).
